Ayah Of The Week – Volume 03 Issue 19
Between Mercy and Loss: How We Respond to the Qur’an
Introduction
On the 22nd of Dhu al-Qa‘dah, marking the completion of Tafsir Majma‘ al-Bayan, we reflect on a profound verse from Surah Al-Isra that highlights the transformative power of the Qur’an as a source of healing and mercy for believers.
“And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.” (Surah Al-Isra, 17:82)
