Use them in ways that strengthen your faith and character, not in ways that take you away from Him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>Choose one part of your body, such as your eyes or tongue, and carefully monitor how you use it throughout the day. At the end of the day, reflect on whether it brought you closer to Allah or further away.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Every Blessing Comes with Responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A healthy body, clear vision, good hearing, and a strong mind are all blessings from Allah. Every blessing comes with a responsibility to use it wisely and gratefully.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>Make a list of five blessings Allah has given you through your body, and write one responsibility that comes with each blessing.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Review How You Use Your Body Every Day<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A wise believer regularly reflects on their actions and choices. Taking account of yourself helps you recognise mistakes and make better decisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>Before going to bed each night, ask yourself: \u201cDid the way I used my body today bring me closer to Allah or further away from Him?\u201d Write down one improvement for tomorrow.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Your Body Has Dignity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your body is a trust from Allah, so it should be respected, protected, and used for good.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>This week, write down three habits that show respect for your body, such as sleeping on time, drinking enough water, or avoiding harmful content.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Choose Friends Who Protect You<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Good friends help you stay clean in body, mind, and actions, while bad company can lead you into harm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>Think of one friend who helps you grow, and send them a message thanking them for their good influence.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong>Health Is Part of Worship<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Eating well, exercising, and resting properly are not only personal habits; they are ways of honouring Allah\u2019s gift.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practical challenge: <\/strong>Do one healthy action every day for seven days, such as a short walk, fewer sweets, or earlier sleep.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Messages from the Hadith for Parents<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Teach Through Stories<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Children often remember stories better than advice.
